Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is kindly asked for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to comply with the 24 hour window will result in a 50% charge of service booked. If an appointment is scheduled within 24 hours and you need to cancel or reschedule it will result in a 25% charge of service booked. Failure to show for an appointment (No-Call No-Show) will result in a charge of 100% of service booked. Thank you for understanding!
